Plaintiff Sandra J. Medling contends defendant Wecoe Credit Union acted unlawfully in repossessing and selling her 1979 Ford Thunderbird. The credit union counterclaimed for a deficiency judgment. Following a bench trial, the district court held in favor of defendant credit union on plaintiff's petition and on defendant's counterclaim. Plaintiff appeals therefrom. The first issue is whether there is substantial competent evidence to support the trial court's finding the December, 1979, repossession of the automobile was lawful.
